The seventeen places on the map are real Marrakech locations. Royal portraits and Marrakech Stories are imagined settings, labelled as such. Every portrait is AI-created artwork, not a photograph taken at the location.
Each portrait features one pet. Upload a separate photo for each, then choose the same place and style to make a matching pair. The digital files are suitable for screens and personal sharing. Each portrait is purchased separately.
You can use a general image tool. Here, the settings and compositions are ready to choose: seventeen real Marrakech places, alongside clearly labelled imagined Royal looks and Stories. Your photo supplies the face and markings. You see a protected preview before deciding, can correct the likeness in the same setting free, and pay €15 only to keep the clean digital portrait.
New print orders are paused until print masters are ready, so today the digital portrait is what you can buy: it is ready to download as soon as payment completes. For a print already ordered, the timing below still applies.
Two to four days to make, then however long the post takes to reach you. Nothing sits in a warehouse: yours is printed after you order it, at the facility nearest you. Framed orders take a little longer than prints sent flat.
Photograph it within thirty days and we reprint and repost free, or refund you in full. Your choice. You do not send anything back. The glaze on framed pieces is acrylic rather than glass for exactly this reason: it does not shatter in the post.
If the tracking has not moved for ten working days, or the window we quoted you has passed, use our support desk and we print it again and post it again. Free, no proof needed, no waiting for the carrier to finish an investigation first. If you would rather have the money back at that point, say so instead and we refund you in full. Once a parcel has genuinely gone missing it is our problem, not yours, and chasing the carrier is our job.
Review the delivery estimate for your country before paying. If the date is close, choose the digital portrait for a gift after payment. A print is a separate purchase and follows its own delivery estimate.

It cannot recognise your pet’s face or judge likeness. Prefer visible eyes and ears, natural coat colour and a face that fills the photo. A detailed background can score well even when the pet is blurred.

A painting reads a photograph. Clear, front-on daylight keeps their markings honest; a dark or distant photo drifts toward the breed rather than the individual.
