You agree to upload only images that you own or are authorized to use, and only for people or animals you have permission to represent.

Berbernest creates stylized AI-assisted portraits inspired by Moroccan and Amazigh visual language. Every result is an interpretation, not a literal restoration, replica, or guaranteed likeness.

Preview images are provided so you can decide whether to continue before purchasing a product.

Prices are shown before checkout and may change over time, but the price shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Physical products are fulfilled by third-party print partners after successful payment.

You may not use the service to create unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or sexually explicit content, or content that exploits minors.

We may refuse, cancel, or suspend requests that create legal risk, cultural misuse, or harm to the studio, our partners, or third parties.

Digital products are delivered as described at checkout. Physical delivery windows are estimates and can vary based on production load, customs, and carrier performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berbernest Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
