By using Berbernest Studio, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to upload only images that you own or are authorized to use, and only for people or animals you have permission to represent.

Berbernest creates AI-assisted paintings of your animal in real Marrakech settings. Every result is an artistic interpretation rather than a photograph taken in that place.

A watermarked preview is provided before purchase. If the likeness is not right, the repaint promise shown in the creation flow applies.

Prices are shown before checkout and may change over time, but the price shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Physical products are fulfilled by third-party print partners after successful payment.

For personalized commissions, checkout records the exact approved proof and finish. Catalogue Maâlem and Collage prints are standard made-to-order products and are not treated as personalized solely because they are printed after purchase.

The product page and order record identify the print format, size, frame and fulfilment SKU. Product, material, manufacturer or responsible-person, traceability and safety records must be retained for physical products and verified before broad consumer checkout is enabled.

If a product is recalled or creates a safety concern, contact the secure support desk with the order reference so the exact production variant can be identified.

You may not use the service to create unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or sexually explicit content, or content that exploits minors.

We may refuse, cancel, or suspend requests that create legal risk, cultural misuse, or harm to the studio, our partners, or third parties.

Digital products are delivered as described at checkout. Physical delivery windows are estimates and can vary based on production load, customs, and carrier performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berbernest Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
