Commercial License
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Berbernest Studio grants a limited license for approved purchased outputs under the terms below.
Last updated: March 9, 2026
1. Personal use by default
Purchased outputs are licensed for personal, non-exclusive use. This includes display in the home, gifting, and posting on personal social channels with appropriate context.
The studio retains all underlying intellectual property, workflow, prompt architecture, and brand presentation.
2. What is not included
You may not resell the image, use it in paid advertising, put it on merchandise, sublicense it, mint it as a tokenized asset, or use it as a business logo without separate written permission.
You may not remove brand or preview protections from unpaid or unauthorized files.
3. Commercial usage requests
Commercial use can be licensed separately for editorial, hospitality, brand, or merchandise applications on request.
Commercial fees depend on distribution scale, territory, duration, exclusivity, and whether source materials include third-party likeness rights.
4. Client responsibilities
If you request commercial rights, you are responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary permissions for the people, animals, trademarks, and reference images involved.
Berbernest Studio may refuse a commercial request if the cultural framing, legal rights, or intended use creates risk.
5. Custom agreements
Where a separate written commercial agreement exists, that agreement overrides this policy for the commissioned work it covers.
Commercial licensing requests should be sent through the support page.
