01 · Choose the photo

A clear face makes the difference.

Use a sharp photograph with the eyes, nose and ears clearly visible. Natural daylight helps us read fur colour and markings. Avoid heavy filters, motion blur and faces hidden by furniture. A phone photo is enough; you can also use your camera in the studio.

For a remembered companion, choose the clearest existing photo you have. Keep the features that make them familiar: their age, distinctive markings and expression.

The optional photo comparison measures brightness and edges locally; it is not a likeness score. Accepting a photo into the creator sends a prepared copy to the image provider for inspection and suggestions, without spending a preview. Press Paint to request generation. 02 · Find their Marrakech

Choose a place and a style.

A quiet courtyard gives a gentle portrait room to breathe. Cobalt walls bring out a playful character; a tea terrace feels relaxed and familiar. Browse all 17 Marrakech settings, then compare four included styles and six optional paid Atelier styles. The example sets the composition; your photograph supplies the animal.

03 · Review the likeness

Is this them?

Open the source photo and protected portrait together. Check the eyes, coat markings, ears and paws. Choose Yes to see the file and delivery details, or Not quite to describe a correction. Corrections using the same photo and setting are free. Another photo or setting uses a new preview. After the two free guest previews, sign in to see your account’s free allowance and optional paid preview packs. Paid Atelier styles and extra previews are separate from the clean digital file. Free corrections remain subject to temporary capacity and fair-use limits. Your decision does not approve a payment. A later corrected version does not replace or inherit the purchase of an earlier proof; ask support before buying another version if your purchased portrait has a problem.

04 · Keep it

Your portrait, without the watermark.

Keep the digital artwork for €15, as a one-time purchase. The watermark-free JPEG at 1024 × 1536 pixels is ready from your order after payment is confirmed; a download link is emailed to you too. Save it on your device for personal sharing or small prints.

At 300 ppi, this file measures about 8.7 × 13 cm. It is not a large-format print master. See calculated print sizes, A4 fit and cropping. Personal use includes gifting, home display and personal social sharing. Commercial use needs a separate agreement; read the usage rights before using it commercially. The email link lasts thirty days. Save the file on your device; for a signed-in purchase, return to My Studio → My artworks. Guest orders use their secure receipt link. If it is missing or expired, contact support with the checkout email and order reference for verification. An account with the same email does not automatically claim a guest order. If a technical issue prevents delivery or you receive the wrong file, support can correct or replace it. Checkout asks for express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of the withdrawal-right consequence; read the digital refund and delivery terms.
